cookies n’ cream ice-cream

Oooo I love cookies and cream ice-cream so much that I went in search of a recipe. This recipe is stolen out of ‘4 ingredients’ cookbook by Kim McCosker & Rachael Bermingham

Ingredients
– 380g tin of condensed milk
– 600ml of whipping cream
– 200g of good chocolate ( I usually use Cadbury)
– 220g packet of oreos, smashed

1. In a large mixing bowl beat condensed milk and cream until thick
2. Stir in chocolate and oreos
3. Pour onto a paper lined tray and freeze over night.

This is best left out for about 5minutes before serving, Ice Magic goes great on top 😉
