tomato and bacon green beans

This makes green beans a little more interesting and it’s super easy, and cheap.

Ingredients
green beans, washed and topped and tailed
tomato paste
2 rashers of finely chopped bacon
1/2 teaspoon of garlic
salt and pepper
olive oil

1. In a medium hot pan, fry the garlic and bacon until golden.
2. Add beans and tomato paste and a tablespoon of water and cook until beans are just tender.
3. Season and serve with whatever you please.
