Crispy bacon is so awesome with eggs, or on BLT sandwiches.
Ingredients
– bacon rashers
– maple syrup
1. Lightly brush maple syrup over the bacon.
2. Place on greaseproof paper and stick it underneath a hot grill until the topside is becoming crispy.
3. Turn it over and repeat. Just be careful though, some maple syrups have a tendency to burn. 😉
