The great thing about this recipe is there are so many topping combos, textures and flavours you can put on top of them for any occasion.

**Pre-heat oven to 220*C

Ingredients
– Puff pastry

1. Cut pastry into 5cm x 5cm squares.
2. Place on baking tray and bake for 5 – 10minutes until puffed and golden.
3. Cool and then top them with whatever your heart desires.

– Some great combinations are goats cheese, basil and sun-dried tomato, salami or prosciutto and double brie.
