I looooooove hummus. Its so beautiful with its texture and nutty flavour.

– 1 can on chickpeas, drained with 4 tablespoons of reserved juice?
– juice of one lemon
– olive oil – drizzle
– 3 tablespoons of tahini (sesame seed spread)
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, doesn’t have to be perfect though.
2. Place in a serving dish, drizzle with a little oil and chill.
Serve with pita bread chips 😀
