1 1/2 cups of full cream milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 cups of self-raising flour
/4 baking powder
1 large egg
your desired amount of vanilla essence or vanilla bean paste
1. In a large-is bowl, whisk the sugar, egg, milk and vanilla. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Whisk well making sure there are no lumps.
3. Spray a medium low heated fry pan with cooking spray and pour ladle amounts and wait for bubbles to appear on the surface.
4. Flip and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
5. Serve with maple syrup and butter, or ice cream, or banana and sugar.
